Body image is something that I struggle with. A lot of what I find as a limitation are things that have been placed on me (by my unconscious + conscious) from my family, my friends, my culture. It’s not the easiest thing to break through limitations with how we look both for ourselves and in the eyes of others.

This is an extensive series of 1st person mantras that are going to be used to repattern your current reality. This meditation is long…really long. But it is long because I really believe in every single word that’s in it. I move you through redefining your reality, accepting flaws, moving through each part of your physical body, forgiveness, and holding space—all for yourself.

Every word in this offering is something that I tell myself. I am constantly trying to open myself up, remove limiting beliefs, and continually create my reality as I’d like it to be. Each step on my journey requires an even deeper visitation of how it is I can, again, choose how I perceive my circumstances, abilities, and the true nature of my reality—regardless of anything else happening around me.

It is a self-led, 21-day re-patterning and it’s required that you read it each day for 21 consecutive days. Yes. It’s a lot. Yes. It’s long. But—my sweet friends…you make time for the things you deem important. If you want to break the patterns in your mind, body, and spirit you’ll find the time for this. You find time for the things you think are important, that will do you good. If you want to open up, you can’t just ask and wait for that to land on your lap. When you work hard, your spirits, angels, guides, the universe—they notice. If you work hard for yourself, everything around you can work hard for you too. You get exactly what you put into it…give it your all.
