our heart space is a place where we can find tender, loving, validation, and ultimately support. that support enables us to release things that weigh us down or overwhelm us. upon entering into our own unique heart space, we can access that deep healing already living inside us—something that’s been with us this whole time.

spirit has been showing me that the heart space, specifically, needs to be kept clear of all excessive energies at this time…and that some unwanted may be lurking in this sacred space. these energies may move through almost unseen because they move so slowly and because they may have been developing in this place for a while—brought in by things that needed healing but may not have received their necessary attention.

this intuitively led offering lets me touch in and hear what your heart is holding, and the energetic medicine needed to assist in bringing in the healing you need in the here and now. there is an oracle card reading followed by an energy healing to that space based on what is shown.
