In each of my clients, I see a reflection of myself. As I have struggled with family drama-trauma so have many of you. This is an extensive series of 1st person mantras that lead you through the area of a sense of self in regards to your family, your reality, boundaries, and what it means to be alone.

Every word in this offering is something that I have used in my many years of recovery in a toxic family. Each step of the way, establishing myself as my own person separate from the family that I was born to. Separate from those who raised me. Embracing all the good and the not-so-good so that I could move through all the mess and come out the other side. My transformation didn’t seem like it could come soon enough. Now looking back, (hey there hindsight) these words have helped really shape who I have become.

It is a self-led, 21-day re-patterning and it’s required that you read it each day for 21 consecutive days. Yes. It’s a lot. Yes. It’s long. But—my sweet friends…you make time for the things you deem important. If you want to open up, and heal up, you can’t just ask and wait for that to land on your lap. When you work hard, your spirits, angels, guides, the universe—they notice. If you work hard for yourself, everything around you can work hard for you too. You get exactly what you put into it…give it your all.
